Certificate Collection
Exam certificates for all students who sat GCSE, BTEC, or A level exams in 2020 or 2021 will be available for collection from our school (Adelaide Avenue), from 1pm to 5pm, on Tuesday 3rd January 2023.
Prendergast School is only permitted to store certificates for a limited amount of time, therefore it is extremely important that every effort is made to collect certificates on Tuesday 3rd January 2023.
Certificates can be collected by students, who must bring a photo ID with them. If students wish someone else to collect certificates on their behalf, then they must email exams@prendergast-school.com, giving written permission. The person collecting certificates must also bring a photo ID.
Please note that we will not be sending any certificates home due to the fact that these are valuable documents. In addition, examination boards will no longer replace lost certificates and will instead provide a statement of results, which incurs an additional cost to the student.
If you are unable to collect your certificates on the above date, please email exams@prendergast-school.com to arrange an alternative time.
After Tuesday 3rd January 2023 certificate collection will be by appointment only, so please do not arrive at our school without an appointment, as your request cannot be met.
For all the original certificates issued before 2021 that have not been collected from school, the deadline for collection (or for arranging a future collection appointment) will be Tuesday 3rd January 2023. Thank you.
