There will be further opportunities to visit the school for one of our Q&A sessions in the spring or summer term. Keep an eye on this page for updates throughout the year.

Who can apply for Prendergast Sixth Form?
We welcome applications from Year 11 students from the Leathersellers' Federation of Schools and from external applicants. For information about our curriculum offer minimum entrance requirements and subject course requirements for 2024, please see our 'KS5 Subject Handbook 2024-26'.
All students seeking admission to the Sixth Form must achieve the minimum entry criteria for entry into the sixth form.
At Prendergast Sixth Form the minimum entry criteria is a GCSE Average Points Score (APS) of at least 5.2 if they wish to study A Levels. Students should also meet the subject requirements for access onto specific courses.
If a student does not achieve an APS of 5.2, they will be able to follow a BTEC programme. BTEC courses require an APS of 4.2, along with the subject requirements for access onto specific courses. Students need to have achieved at least a grade 4 in Mathematics and English Language to enrol in the Sixth Form.
