Leathersellers’ Federation of Schools became a multi-academy trust on 1st January 2024.  The Federation Board is now the accountable body and Local Governing Bodies have been created to provide governance for each of the schools in the Federation. The substance of these policies remains the same and will be updated in line with the regular review policy cycle.

Whilst every effort has been made to update terminology in line with conversion to a multi-academy trust, there may be references to terminology to describe governance prior to this, for example, School Improvement Committees or Governing Board. Where this is the case, responsibilities are superseded by the new Scheme of Delegation which can be located here.
