Jazmine Cox

Jazmine Cox is an experienced educator, charity leader, and strategic consultant with over 20 years' experience across the education, arts, and community development sectors. She holds a Master’s in Education, Teaching and Leadership from The Mind Lab (New Zealand), a BA (Hons) in English Literature from the University of Westminster, and a CELTA teaching qualification. Her career has taken her across the UK, New Zealand, Singapore, Australia, and the USA, working in roles ranging from secondary teacher to community project manager, and from ESOL programme director to founder of charitable and social impact initiatives.
Jazmine is the founder and current CEO of DreamCatchers Worldwide UK CIC, an organisation focused on educational inclusion, wellbeing, and youth-led social innovation. Her leadership combines programme design with strategic planning, partnerships, and governance. She has delivered culturally responsive education projects, led dance and creative arts programmes, and developed mentoring and learning support strategies for diverse communities.
Jazmine has a strong commitment to equity in education and brings her expertise in safeguarding, youth engagement, and leadership development to her governance role. She has mentored university students since 2017 and remains passionate about ensuring all young people access high-quality, transformative learning experiences.
